Course Enrollment and Use

Welcome to Notary2Pro. Before you begin, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in and using any of our online courses, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling in or using our courses.

1. Enrollment and Access:
1.1 By enrolling in our online course, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the enrollment process.
1.2 Access to the course and other resources is granted only to the enrolled individual and is non- transferable and non-refundable.
1.3 You will receive access to the course content based on the enrollment package you have chosen. Additional resources may be provided at the sole discretion of Notary2Pro.
1.4 Notary2Pro reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the course and other resources if the user violates any of the terms outlined herein.

2. Course Content:
2.1 The course content and other resources, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without explicit written permission from Notary2Pro.
2.2 You may use the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
2.3 Any advice or information provided in the course and its resources is for educational purposes only and must not be considered professional advice. Notary2Pro is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information presented in the course.

3. User Conduct
3.1 You agree to use the course and its content in a lawful and ethical manner.
3.2 You will not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access the course using your account.
3.3 In all discussions or interactions within the course, resources, emails, texts, phone calls, or platforms used, you will respect the opinions and contributions of others and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payment for the course is required before access is granted unless otherwise specified by Notary2Pro.
4.2 Notary2Pro does not offer refunds once a course has been accessed. In limited circumstances, refund requests may be considered at Notary2Pro's sole discretion. To submit a request, contact contactus@notary2pro.com.
4.3 Please refer to course enrollment options for information on extensions and additional access time.
4.4 Notary2Pro reserves the right to modify pricing and to decline the application of coupons or other promotional offers that are no longer reflective of current course pricing.

5. Elite Loan Signing Agent Course
5.1 The benefits described in this section apply exclusively to graduates of Notary2Pro's Elite Loan Signing Agent Course.
5.2 Free mentoring is offered for the first three (3) months following graduation from the Notary2Pro Elite Loan Signing Agent Course. Access to mentoring is available only to graduates of this course.
5.3 Graduate website access is granted only to Notary2Pro Elite Loan Signing Agent graduates.
5.4 Certification as an Elite Loan Signing Agent and access to Notary Navigator is available only to Notary2Pro Elite Loan Signing Agent graduates. Other courses, including the introductory course, do not guarantee this access. Notary2Pro reserves the right to modify platform features and access terms at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notary2Pro's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our courses or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
6.2 Notary2Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our courses or resources, even if Notary2Pro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Arizona.

8. Modifications to These Terms
Notary2Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Notary2Pro website. Your continued use of our courses following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Veteran Discount

We love our Veterans!  We offer a 20% discount to honorably discharged military veterans, retired military, and active-duty military. The military discount does not extend to spouses or family members.

To receive the veteran discount please provide a copy of your DD214 with your social security number redacted or an official state ID (DL or ID) with veteran status denoted, or a “Choose VA” ID card (obtainable here) to contactus@notary2pro.com.

Once received and approved a one-time discount code will be provided.
