Client/Vendor List
Notary2Pro Client/Vendor List – Now Over 800 Companies!
We’re thrilled to announce that Notary2Pro has expanded its Client/Vendor List to include over 800 verified title companies and signing services! Each company on the list has been reviewed to ensure it is a legitimate business currently in operation. We also update the list regularly, since the industry changes quickly and companies come and go.
This expanded list gives you an incredible opportunity to market your services and build strong, lasting relationships with trusted clients. As a Notary2Pro graduate, you have access to more companies than most notaries in the industry ever see, but it only works if you put it into action.
Before You Download the List
To help you succeed, please take a few minutes to review the following guidelines.
These steps will ensure you make the most out of this resource and set yourself apart from the competition.
Following these guidelines will help you market yourself and make the most out of your professional Loan Signing Agent Business.
Before you contact any company, be sure to:
1. Prepare Your Professional Bio
- Keep it short, clear, and focused on your notary qualifications.
- Highlight certifications, professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, attention to detail, and customer service.
- Avoid listing unrelated past careers—focus on what makes you the right choice as a Loan Signing Agent.
2. Have Your Documentation Ready
Make sure your commission, certificates, background check, E&O insurance, and any other required documentation are current and easily accessible. Be ready to upload them during applications.
Have your tools ready: printer, stamp, journal, scanner, and other supplies so you can accept an assignment as soon as one comes in.
4. Use the Notary2Pro Connection
When applying, let vendors know:
“Hello, my name is ______________, and I’m a certified Loan Signing Agent and a Notary2Pro graduate and their staff recommended your company. I’d love to join your signing agent network. Could you share the best way to get set up as a vendor with your company?”
Be brief, professional, and follow up regularly until you are in their database.

How to Use the
Client/Vendor List
- Visit Their Website – Search for vendor applications or signing agent portals.
- Follow Instructions – Complete their onboarding process carefully.
- If No Application Is Found – Reach out by email or phone. Sometimes direct contact is needed.
- Keep Moving Forward – If one company doesn’t respond, move to the next. Consistency is key—this is an ongoing process.
Why We Removed the Rating System
- Your experience matters most. By contacting companies yourself, you’ll build your own relationships instead of relying on secondhand opinions.
- Plenty of information is available online. Use Google, Yelp, and LinkedIn to research company reputations and reviews.
Additional Marketing Tips
- Call the Premier Clients (highlighted in yellow) on Tuesday.
- Divide the rest into groups: call 1/3 on Wednesday, 1/3 on Thursday, and repeat this process weekly.
- Use Mondays and Fridays for in-person marketing.
- When applying, remember to prioritize vendors from our list. They pay fairly, on time, and respect Notary2Pro graduates.
With more than 800 companies now at your fingertips, you have everything you need to build a thriving business. Take consistent action, stay professional, and lean on the reputation of your Notary2Pro training to open doors.
We recommend, you keep a spreadsheet of who you contacted, when, and next steps. This helps turn the list into an organized system.
