Chelsea Glockner
Director of Learning and Development
Chelsea Glockner is Notary2Pro’s Director of Learning and Development. Chelsea is also the oldest grandchild of Notary2Pro’s founders, Carol and Billy Ray. She has a long history and foundation in education, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Education from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree in Sociology for Social Regeneration from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Chelsea has taught around the world, including in Korea. She has constructed public education
outreach events for adults in Ireland and Italy and has supported the education of at-risk youth in San Diego, California, and Tucson, Arizona. Today she translates the mission of Notary2Pro to teach people skills to improve their lives and to raise the bar in the Notary Industry into Notary2Pro’s training courses.
Carol Ray had a tremendous impact on Chelsea, who attributes much of her direction and values to her grandparents. Chelsea became interested in education for the same reasons that Carol was—the idea that education and access to knowledge and training would improve people’s lives. Interestingly, Chelsea received her Notary commission in Arizona during her college years for part-time work.
