Review 

In this section, we have talked a lot about means to be a professional signing agent and notary public.  At this point we hope you have an appreciation for responsibilities of this job and its importance in society and the overall real estate process.  We hope you have a high-level view of the process and the various people who participate in the real estate and lending process.  You should have a good view of the legal environment in which we operate, and the key pieces of legislation involved.  And finally, we hope you have a clear understand important of notarial duties, the consequences of mistakes and how to address them.  

So that’s been Section Two “Being A Notary”, and next up, we are going to do a deep dive on all of the documents you will most commonly see as a professional signing agent.
