Mentoring

Notary2Pro is the only Professional Signing Agent training that includes professional guidance through one-on-one mentoring. This is provided through a scheduled call with an experienced signing agent (not just through a Facebook group). Mentoring is included in the cost of the course for the first three months after graduation from the Elite course.

Nationwide Certification

Notary2Pro Certification is required by a number of signing agencies, and is the most respected and prestigious certifications in the industry. You will be joining an elite group of professional signing agents.

In order to preserve our reputation and protect our graduates, our standards are high. A score of 90% or better is required to pass the course. You are allowed to take the exam multiple times.

• Upon graduation you will have instant access to your certificate.
• Notary2Pro certification does not expire.
• There are no annual certification renewals and fees, unlike other programs.

After certification, you will be provided a list of nearly one-hundred 4 & 5 Star preferred hiring agencies. This list is open only to Notary2Pro certified graduates.

Inclusion in Our Notary Database

All graduates are offered the opportunity to register for our database. This list includes notaries from all over the United States and companies access this list to find notaries in their area.

Certification is based on our own course material. No extra study material is required. Once enrolled, you will have immediate access to the course, study materials, quizzes and the final exam.

• Access to this course is limited. Students are allowed 90 days to complete the course and earn their certificate.
• Extensions of 1 month, 3 month and 1 year are available.
• Content for graduates will instantly become available to you.
• Graduates are also offered an opportunity to opt-in to be placed on our searchable database that employers and clients use to search for Notaries Public.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Veteran Discount

We love our Veterans! We offer a 25% discount to honorably discharged military veterans, retired military, and active-duty military. The military discount does not extend to spouses or family members. To receive the veteran discount please provide a copy of your DD214 with your social security number redacted or an official state ID (DL or ID) with veteran status denoted, or a “Choose VA” ID card (obtainable here) to notary2pro@gmail.com. You will be provided a a one-time discount code.

You must have the military discount code prior to enrollment in order to receive the military discount. Refunds are not given after sign-up.

Mentoring

We reserve the right to nullify mentoring for course participants who bypass all or part of the study materials. We encourage our students to review all of the available study material throughout the course.
