Michael Ray is Notary2Pro’s current Chief Executive Officer and our remarkable founder, Carol Ray’s eldest child and only son. Michael has always admired his mother’s success and work ethic, “I am so proud of what my Mom achieved, bootstrapping and building Notary2Pro and in the process helping thousands of people be successful and achieve their dreams.” In the past few years, Carol and Michael shared countless phone conversations, discussing Carol’s vision for the future of Notary2Pro and what would happen when she stepped down. She was persistent about building the legacy of Notary2Pro to help more people than ever find success in careers as Professional Signing Agents. When personal circumstances required Carol to step away from her position, Michael was pleased to help make her future dreams for Notary2Pro come true.
Michael has over 25-years of valuable leadership experience in global businesses. He started and built the international operations for a Fortune 100 company operating in 100+ countries. In that time, he created and led a $150M Global Supply Chain Management function for a global financial services company and successfully led a start-up global consulting services firm. Michael has been an entrepreneur, starting and operating businesses in the U.S., Indonesia, and Taiwan. Today he runs his own business; he has provided consultancy to hundreds of companies in business strategy, go-to-market planning, and global talent. Michael has a B.A. in Economics from San Francisco State University, an M.S. from UC Berkeley, and certificates in business from W.P. Carey School of Business. As a veteran of the U.S. Army, he is committed to Notary2Pro\’s values of helping service members and veterans.
Michael lovingly remembers his mother’s genuine, warm, and generous nature and describes her as a woman both sincerely humble and wickedly smart. He states, “As her family, we are all committed to carrying forward her legacy of kindness, generosity, inspirational teaching, and caring mentorship.” It was vital to Carol that Notary2Pro continue into an even better future. Her vision was that Notary2Pro would always strive to offer the best mentorship, teach the most comprehensive training, and instill the confidence necessary for graduates to be successful Professional Loan Signing Agents who can consistently deliver error-free signings.
