Our Online Signing Agent course consists of three
phases.

This course is both Auditory and Visual and is available 24/7 so you can study at your own pace.
You will have 3 months to complete this course
(unless you register for this course and the advanced course, then you will have 6 months in each).
After passing our Exam you will receive Certification from Notary2Pro, and a letter will be sent to over 100 of the top
signing companies in the country announcing your Graduation and Certification along with your contact information.
We have quite a few companies who now hire our Graduates even though they have no experience!

PHASE
I (about 2 hours in length altogether)
- Introduction to the Course.
- What to expect as a Signing Agent and getting you started on your new career.
- Everything you need to know to conduct loan signings.
- How to set up your home based business.
- Data Management - a crucial part of running your business successfully.
- Various types of signings and things you can do to broaden your mobile business.
- What you need to know about Title and Escrow.
- Where do you fit in?
PHASE 2 - DOCUMENTS (about 1 hour 50 minutes in length)
You will be introduced to a full set of loan documents which are fully marked with instructions and tips. You will learn what the documents are, how to explain them to the borrower's and how to notarize and execute the documents. You will also be able to print these documents either by specific pages or the whole package for reference.
PHASE 3: The Exam
Upon completion of the Course you will have the option to take an exam. In order to graduate from Notary2Pro, you will be required to achieve a 90% accuracy on the 60 question exam. If you fail, you will be able to re-take the exam in one week. This will give you time to go back through the course. You will be able to take the exam as many times as necessary to pass within your 3 month enrollment period.
Upon successful completion of the course a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded you and a letter announcing your graduation will be sent to about 100 of the top Signing Services in the country along with all of your contact information and special qualifications. This letter will be instrumental in getting business for you. Our Graduates are the "cream of the crop" and a lot of signing services recognize that.

If you choose to have a Mentor, the cost is an additional $50.00 for a total of $150.00. Having a Mentor will mean that you have someone at Notary2pro to contact when you have questions. When you get your first assignment you can forward us the documents. We will go through any of them you may not recognize, or have questions about. If you are in a signing and have questions, you will be able to call us as many times as you need to. A Mentor will walk you through your first signings to make sure you feel confident and capable. We recommend the use of a Mentor if you have never done signings before. Our reputation rests on your professionalism, accuracy and knowledge. We want you to be the BEST!
